Lyria offers a wide range of services coming with its LEONARDI flagship product.

Training
Training sessions are aimed at providing LEONARDI users with the knowledge needed for an efficient use of the product. Training sessions are organized within the Lyria office or, on-demand, at the customer’s site.

Maintenance / Technical Support
Technical support and corrective maintenance are provided to developing teams who are implementing LEONARDI solutions. This service includes bug fixes, minor and major upgrades (check out our maintenance contracts)

Professional Services
Lyria offers on-demand consulting services, with expert missions that can reveal particularly useful when analyzing a project’s needs or during the development to identify how LEONARDI can best fit the requirements.

Technical Assistance
Technical assistance usually translates into long-term missions that allow Lyria’s customers having efficiently trained LEONARDI consultants at their development site, embedded in their team.

Express Prototyping
Express prototyping is a short-term (5 days), packaged, inclusive service that Lyria provides in order to validate the relevance of LEONARDI for a particular project.

Outsourcing
Lyria can also develop in-house partial or complete LEONARDI projects, making a commitment regarding costs and deadlines and based on requirements provided by customers.

Technical expertise
Technical expertise is offered through short missions, where a LEONARDI expert gets involved in a well identified technical task.
